1.                  In the many interviews you will do in the coming years you will occasionally be asked the following simple question:  "Please tell me about yourself."  Using no less than 100 words, please prepare in writing an answer to that question and also be prepared to give it extemporaneously at one of our meetings.
2.                  What are the elements of the criminal act of racketeering?
3.                  What is the Magistrate Court of Fulton County?  What is its jurisdiction?
4.                  When a Court enters a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) what does that signify?  What must the party seeking a TRO prove to the Court to have one entered?  What type of judge can enter a TRO?
5.                  What is a deposition?
6.                  What is the fitness requirement to be a member of the State Bar of Georgia?  What types of issues prevent a prospective member of the State Bar of Georgia from satisfying the Bar's fitness requirement?
